In 1998, Millennium Clutch Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd was established with the main purpose of remanufacturing clutches for the heavy duty market and importing clutch products from all over the world  to market these brands in Southern Africa.

In March 2001 Millennium Clutch was acquired and became a member of the Orcrest Investments Group of companies.
